The weekend got off to an interesting start with a day out at Go Ape! Not the first choice for someone with vertigo it has to be said! I gave it a go though; made it through the first two stages, but not without a great many tears...I then managed to bounce on my back as I came down the zip wire and decided enough was enough....the rest of the weekend was full of laughter with old friends; coffee in the sunshine, last minute picnics and some serious sofa lounging. Hope yours was full of fun, friends and family too xox
