Mindful Breathing



Such a simple thing, yet most of us don't breathe properly.  We shallow breathe, forgetting to fill our diaphragms; we don't appreciate the miracle of oxygen that keeps us alive.  Rarely do we pause to think about our breath.  So, today, take some time to breathe mindfully, focusing on the in-breath and the out-breath; a sort of breathing meditation....
